Alexis Hermann
Alexis Hermann has over 30 years' experience as an entrepreneur and investment banker. He began his career at Paribas in Paris, before founding, managing and selling several fintech companies in Europe and the USA.
He then joined Natixis as director of small/mid-size M&A, before setting up his own financial advisory structures. Alexis then joined a major family office in Geneva, in charge of M&A and Private Equity until 2017.
He currently advises several private clients on their unlisted investments and is currently an investor in various tech companies in the green chemistry, healthcare and finance sectors. He is a graduate of Neoma Business School (MSc).
Pierre Noël Formigé
Pierre-Noël Formigé is an entrepreneur with extensive experience as a board member, founder and managing partner in the asset management and finance industry. He has solid expertise in various fields, including asset management, team management, governance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and fundraising. Pierre-Noël has been active in business development since 1994, and is a graduate of the London School of Economics (LSE). He began his career at Merrill Lynch in London, then worked at Coutts Bank in Geneva before setting up his own financial company, SEQUOIA Group SA, in 2000. In 2019, after selling his group, Pierre-Noël set up an investment and corporate governance consultancy. He invests in a variety of sectors, including finance, healthcare, fintech and renewable energies, while providing advice and actively participating in the growth of these companies.
Nicolas BERNARDIN
Nicolas Bernardin is an electronic engineer and graduate of ENSEIRB. Nicolas co-founded Ceradrop, a start-up, in 2006. In charge of R&D, he contributed to the development of the first equipment, then managed production. Thanks to his expertise, Ceradrop quickly positioned itself as a market leader in inkjet printers dedicated to Printed Electronics. He was soon appointed Deputy Managing Director. In 2019, Nicolas joined Isorg, an organic photodiode pioneer, as Development Director, where he played a key role in promoting this revolutionary technology internationally. Nicolas brings a wealth of technical and commercial experience in innovative technologies.
Dany CAPITAO
Dany Capitao holds a PhD in molecular and biomolecular electrochemistry from the Laboratoire d'Électrochimie Moléculaire (LEM), Université Paris Diderot. He specializes in various fields at the interface of chemistry. This multidisciplinary experience gives him the ability to tackle a wide range of issues in a global, cross-disciplinary way. His professional experience has contributed to the broadening of his skills, ranging from design to the actual realization of products, with particular emphasis on printed electronics. He is a member of Graphenaton's R&D and Innovation team, where he develops and improves new products and applications. Dany is a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Print'up Institut, Université de Paris Cité. He has already published and presented numerous articles and scientific papers, and is the inventor of several patents, notably on organic electrochemical sensors.
Henda Basti
An engineer in electronic chemistry and physics, and a doctoral student in materials chemistry, she carried out post-doctoral research on a copper nanoparticle-based ink for inkjet printing, and began her professional career developing conductive inks for printed electronics, via the creation of a specialized company: Inksys Nanotechnologies.
This career path was consolidated by 7 years' industrial experience in the formulation of inks for screen-printing various electronics.
Gizachew Tesfay
Gizachew Tesfay is a dynamic and proactive process engineer specializing in the Research and Development (R&D) department of the additive/digital manufacturing ecosystem. With a PhD in Micro and Nanoelectronics from Aix-Marseille University (AMU) and a Master of Science (MSc) in Molecular Nano and Bio-Photonics, Gizachew has a wealth of experience. His varied experience makes him a valuable asset at the intersection of technology and materials science, particularly in additive manufacturing processes. His expertise covers advanced printing techniques for flexible electronic applications, enriching his skills as a versatile professional in the additive/digital manufacturing ecosystem. As a key member of Graphenaton's R&D and Innovation team, Gizachew contributes to the development and improvement of new products and applications.
Alex Glavieux
Alex Glavieux, a master's student in finance at HEC Lausanne, entered the world of start-ups during his bachelor's degree by becoming involved in a student association dedicated to entrepreneurship. Initially responsible for sponsorship, he went on to manage the Prix Strategis, a start-up competition with over 30 years of history, honoring companies such as Migros Online and Job-up.
An active member of the Prix Strategis jury of experts, he orchestrated the process, from the opening of entries to the presentation of the 50,000 Swiss franc cheque to the winner at the closing ceremony at the Olympic Museum in Lausanne.
He also took part in the incubation program at the University of Lausanne, providing students with a 10,000 Swiss franc grant to develop their start-up projects, while benefiting from courses given by specialists in the various stages of company creation.
Philippine J. DU PLESSIX
As Head of the Marketing Department, Philippine is passionate about the digital world.
Having obtained a Master's degree in Digital Marketing from IE Madrid, Philippine has acquired cutting-edge skills in SEO, data analysis and digital strategy. But her career path doesn't stop there! She took the opportunity to broaden her skills by taking several training courses, notably at CAD School, deepening her knowledge of communications and social media.
Today, Philippine is enthusiastic about the challenge of joining our startup. Her goal is to use her expertise to propel our company to new heights in the digital world.
